Very ancient, Win-95. Developer home page is gone. Only download is from Softpedia Links to developer from softpedia time-out. Softpedia metadata is conflicting. 12-Jan-2016, 22-Feb-2019 ... for the same program VirusTotal Scan - Detals reveals this app was first released in 1992 ... 27 years ago Downloaded EXE file (from Softpedia) has minimal file properties, that clarify nothing.
Installer only, no portable version GUI is banner with icons only for shortcuts. There are infinitely better launchers available today 27 years after the birth of "Fast Launcher"
I was not prepared to install this ancient program, screen shots on both AlternativeTo and Softpedia were enough to form my opinion.
