Face Tagger is a Lightroom Classic plugin that recognizes the people in your catalog and writes them as keywords. You train it on the people you want found (about five minutes), then it scans in the background while you keep working. Each person becomes a keyword under "People" and gets a collection of their photos, so you search and filter with Lightroom's own tools.

Everything runs on your Mac: nothing is uploaded, there is no account, and it works offline after a one-time model download on first run. It reads RAW and iPhone HEIC files directly.

Requirements: macOS on Apple Silicon (M1 or later) and Lightroom Classic 6 or later. Windows and Intel Mac support is planned if there is enough demand.
