ExecutorPilot is a free compliance calendar and deadline calculator for people who have been named executor or personal representative of an estate in New Jersey or Pennsylvania.

Enter the date of death and it returns every key statutory deadline - inheritance tax filing dates, creditor claim periods, inventory and accounting due dates - with a citation to the statute behind each one, so the user can verify it against the primary source rather than taking the tool's word for it. There is no account, no signup and nothing to buy in order to use the calculator.

It is paired with plain-language guides covering probate timelines, executor fees, intestacy rules and debt statutes of limitation for New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Maryland, plus a Maryland inheritance tax estimator. The deadline calculator itself currently covers New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Most tools in this category are subscription products aimed at people who have already committed to a full estate-administration workflow. ExecutorPilot is aimed at the first week, when someone has just been named executor, does not yet know what is legally required of them, and needs the deadlines before they need a workflow.
