ESGDO app helps small and medium-sized companies prepare VSME ESG reports aligned with EFRAG guidance — without building a sustainability department or paying for a full CSRD programme they do not need.

European SMEs increasingly face ESG questionnaires from banks, investors, and large customers, even when mandatory ESRS reporting does not apply. ESGDO is the application for that gap: one place to collect data, validate disclosures, calculate energy and emissions figures, and produce a report you can share.

The product. ESGDO is a web application, not a spreadsheet pack or a generic chatbot. After free registration you can start General information and test the workflow. A one-time fee per VSME report unlocks the full modules — general, environmental, social, and governance. The fee depends on company size (indicatively about €900 to €3,500 net). There is no subscription.

What is included. Structured VSME forms with field-level validation and sections that appear only when they apply. Built-in Scope 1 and 2 emissions calculator, fuel converter, and unit converter, using official factor sources matched to the reporting entity and writable back into the B3 tables. AI assistance tied to the field you are editing, using documents you upload for your organisation — Explain, Propose, Example, and Verify — not a detached chatbot. HTML preview, PDF, and XBRL export in the language selected in the app. Interface and narrative fields in seven languages (English, Polish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese). Reference data from official EU sources (NACE, pollutants, waste). Team roles, entity-level access, SSO, and two-factor authentication.

Who it is for. Owners, CFOs, finance managers, and report editors in SMEs and mid-market suppliers who must answer banks, tenders, and corporate clients with a credible VSME report.

What it is not. ESGDO supports use of the application. It does not replace ESG consultancy or legal advice.
