Mobile Angular UI is a mobile UI framework just like Sencha Touch or jQuery Mobile. If you know Angular JS and Twitter Bootstrap you already know it!
Uranium is a lightweight collection of widgets (that also includes xui - https://github.com/xui/xui). They add UI functionality to a site. The widgets are mobile-optimized and are super-easy to use (you just need to add some CSS and attributes to your HTML).
