ELVO is EV charging management software (CPMS, Charge Point Management System) that lets charging operators, installers, and fleets run their EV charging stations from one platform: real-time monitoring and remote control, multi-site and multi-client management, dynamic load management, billing and payments, reporting, and a driver mobile app for iOS and Android.

ELVO TECHNOLOGY S.R.L. is a European company headquartered in Bucharest, Romania. ELVO offers the same core capabilities as enterprise platforms, live in minutes, at a much lower cost, which makes it especially attractive for smaller and mid-sized operators. Larger operators with white-label or custom integration requirements are served through the ELVO Enterprise plan.

ELVO is hardware-agnostic and vendor-independent: any OCPP 1.6 compliant station works, including Wallbox, Alfen, Keba, ABB, and others, with 700+ charger models supported in production. No exclusive hardware partnerships, no lock-in to a single charger brand. Installers and operators stay in control of their hardware roadmap.

ELVO is OCPP 1.6 Full and Security certified, publicly listed on the Open Charge Alliance website. Certification covers OCPP 1.6 Security Profiles 1, 2, and 3, including TLS-secured communication over wss. Most CPMS vendors certify only a subset. ELVO is also ISO 27001 information security certified.

Pricing is public and self-service: EUR 3.99 per station per month after a 30-day free trial, 3% + EUR 0.20 transaction fee on paid public sessions only, no setup fee, no minimum commitment. Signup, station pairing, and public listing happen in-app, with no sales call required to get started.
