Effekseer Alternatives
Effekseer is described as 'tool that allows easy creation of beautiful particle effects for games and movies'. There are three alternatives to Effekseer for a variety of platforms, including Mac, Windows, Adobe After Effects, BlitzMax and Java. The best alternative is ParticleIllusion.
