What is EFA CAMverse?
EFA CAMverse is a native Windows viewer for PCB and CAM data. It opens 9 formats in one interface — Gerber up to X3 (RS-274X) & Excellon, EAGLE, ODB++, IPC-2581, GenCAD 1.4, IPC-D-356, DXF, PADS Layout and KiCad — showing layers, stackup, drills, components and netlists, in 2D and in an interactive 3D view with component models.
A special feature for assembly work: classic Gerber X/X2 data plus a pick & place file are merged into Gerber X3 (for assembly) — column layout, separators, decimal marks, units and board side of the coordinate file are detected automatically.
The viewer is free. Optional Pro features let you create top/bottom assembly views with configurable assembly print (including customer variants), export coordinates & BoM as CSV and netlists, convert between PCB/CAM formats, and much more. Everything runs locally — no cloud, no upload.
