easymacros is a free calorie, macro and training tracker that runs in your browser on any phone or computer — nothing to install.
Search a food or scan its barcode, pick how much you ate, and easymacros works out the calories, protein, carbs and fat for that amount. Foods you log often show up under Recent, and several foods can be saved together as a meal you log in one tap.
Your daily targets are set from your age, height, weight, activity level and goal, using the Mifflin–St Jeor equation, with protein set from your bodyweight so it stays high while you are losing weight. Workouts and weigh-ins live in the same day view as your food, with charts for calories, training and your weight trend.
Everything is free: no subscription, no trial, no ads, and barcode scanning is included rather than being a paid feature.
What it does not do: it tracks calories, protein, carbs and fat, not vitamins and minerals. Its food data is a curated list of common foods plus the Open Food Facts product database, so it is smaller than the big crowdsourced databases, though you can add any food once and keep it.
