Their signup process maybe slow/manual, but my subscriber-account was activated whithin the hour. I agree it's a hurdle, but it's not that long after all.
For a domain of a client I needed to recieve mails asap for SSL-activation, and didn't want to setup a complete mailbox. This was the quickest way! Just setup DNS-records, and forward a catchall to another address. Within a few hours (DNS propagation included) we where good to go :)
UPDATE: after ONE MONTH they refunded me, anyway just use their free service, they don't allow you to use their service on the same website multiple times!
e4ward e4ward.com is a scam, i paid for the service and it doesn't work! It's impossible to add new addresses, the owners/support don't reply and they don't give you refunds! PEOPLE BEWARE: AVOID e4ward IT'S A TOTAL SCAM! I lost my money.
