Dualhook is a privacy-first configuration layer for WhatsApp Business API (Cloud API) coexistence. It solves a common problem: businesses that want to automate WhatsApp via the Cloud API normally lose access to the WhatsApp mobile or desktop app. With Dualhook, you keep both.
Using Meta's webhook override mechanism, Dualhook routes message webhooks directly from Meta to your own server. No message content is stored, proxied, or logged by Dualhook — only operational metadata like connection config, template status, and health checks.
The dashboard gives teams full control: manage multiple WhatsApp connections per organization, create and sync message templates, monitor phone number health and quality ratings, resolve contacts to WhatsApp IDs, and track webhook delivery status. A built-in heartbeat monitor tracks the 13-day app-open requirement so your coexistence setup stays active.
