ArrowDL information
What is ArrowDL?
While some may argue that they do not really need a download manager, the truth is that such a tool makes grabbing files simpler, faster and more convenient. Formerly known as DownZemAll, ArrowDL provides a comprehensive download manager that packs several advanced features to make the whole process swift and smooth.
The program is a rewrite of DownThemAll!, a popular extension for Firefox that unfortunately does not receive support anymore. In addition to being a standalone app, the developer provided options to add it as an extension to both Chrome and Firefox.
The GUI is clean and user-friendly, having most of the space dedicated to adding files to download. You can add a file by simply clicking the dedicated plus button and you have quick access to YouTube. Before downloading the file, you can add a custom name, referring page, descriptions, specifying the finished download folders, add a mask and a checksum, if necessary.
You will be happy to learn that the tool can also act as a torrent client, a feature that you can enable from the Preferences menu. Simply mark the Enable Torrent checkbox and optionally specify the maximum download, upload, number of connections or peers per torrent. At the same time, the tool enables you to include specific peer IP addresses.
The application enables you to add filters with specific captions and extensions, so that you do not accidentally grab files that you cannot access. Other noteworthy features include the privacy settings that allow you to clean the cache or access it to remove unwanted items.
The app provides the direct location where the temporary files are stored. If you happen to come across a failed download due to a corrupted file, ArrowDL allows you to clean the corrupted files that prevent you from grabbing the desired file.

Comments and Reviews
There's a small issue. The application is not signed so, be aware that Windows require an additional step to install it and, because of this, if you try to uninstall you can't find it with common uninstaller software. For this (just in case you want to uninstall) you have to use software like Bulk Crap Uninstaller. Regards
It designed to be the sucessor of DownThemAll. Therefore you avoid using extensions saving memory. Its written in QT5 which is very portable. About 14Mb of RAMUsage of version x64 for win and 20MB of download. Its the most lightweight, simple and complete that I found.
Things to improve: I couldn't download a 32bits version. It doesnt handle links for download sites like google drive, and others like JDownloader and Mipony does. It doesn't watch for clipboard. I dont know if it supports threads for bigfiles.
