What is DocChief AI?

DocChief AI is a secure, intelligent corporate vault for startups and growing companies. It turns corporate records into a clear, evidence-linked view of what happened, what is missing, and what needs attention, from formation through fundraising to exit.

Corporate record management: store every charter, bylaw, consent, stock agreement, SAFE, and key contract in one organized vault. DocChief reads each document, extracts parties, dates, and corporate events, and builds a governance timeline of the company's history.

Equity reconciliation: DocChief reconstructs cap table history directly from source documents and flags where the records and the cap table disagree, including unapproved issuances, missing approvals, and conversion errors. It works alongside cap table tools like Carta.

Corporate secretary support: track board and stockholder approvals, see which corporate actions are documented and which are not, and get prioritized findings and periodic governance reports for founders, boards, investors, and counsel.

Fundraising and transactions: when it is time to raise or sell, build an investor-ready data room from the same records, share it through trackable, access-controlled links, and run due diligence and investor updates in one place.

Portfolio monitoring: investors, accelerators, and law firms can monitor governance health across many companies from one view.

Free plan available; paid plans add users, workspaces, storage, and portfolio-level reporting.
