DocBoss

DocBoss is a cloud-based document control application built specifically for equipment suppliers (manufacturers, fabricators, distributors) who must submit project documentation to EPCs (engineering, procurement and construction firms) and end users. It automates the time-consuming clerical work involved in that process: generating cover sheets, transmittals, document registers, and final databooks; applying customer-required formatting, numbering, headers, footers, and stamps; and tracking submission history, approval status, and due dates across all documents and projects. Rather than managing this work through spreadsheets and email, suppliers use DocBoss to handle it systematically, with far less manual effort and fewer errors.
