Up-and-coming Reddit alternative with a clean, lightweight, navigable interface. The community, though small, is generally nice and welcoming. The most active topics in the community lean on the technical and world-news side of things.
Mobile site is great and just recently came out with a progressive web app. The developer is active and open to suggestions.
A nice, lightweight Reddit-like site. It's currently in an early state as of writing this review (2023/8/15), but the core functionality is extremely solid.
The "No Hate" ruling can be applied rather harshly at times in my opinion, but overall it's a very friendly site, and one it's been my pleasure to contribute to the development of.
I like discuit because it feels a lot like reddit, but it's a tight community with great conversations.
I joined Discuit at the 3000 member level. The platform is still in its infancy with regards to features, but the developer is forward thinking and has a sound foundation of a product thus far from which to build.
Regardless of available features, a social media platform is only as good as its community and the site developer and admins have done a good job fostering a healthy growth and community based cohesion to make Discuit a welcoming and engaging place to reside.
It's a pretty good website but some of the admins are really stuck on the high high high horse. gsurfer04 is one who pretty clearly hates LGBTQIA+ people. Keuotis feels like he is slightly abusing his admin too.
