I have been using the browser version of the DiiGo.com company on Android phones and tablets for many years.

The version is excellent, it's a pure pure ChroMium, but with DiiGo.com interfaces.

In addition, I used the bookmarkLet from Hypothes.is in the browser, which is 100% free (Hypothes.is is an annotate web pages directly as you browse online).
