DeskReady checks a research manuscript before you submit it, for the mistakes that survive proofreading and that reviewers notice: a number in the text that the table contradicts, a total that doesn't add up, a claim the results never show, a figure legend or caption that disagrees with the text, a reference that no database knows or that has been retracted.
Upload the PDF exactly as you would submit it. DeskReady reads every paragraph, table, figure and reference of the typeset pages and checks them against each other. Numbers stated in the text are recomputed against the table cells they describe, each figure is read on its own and compared with its caption, the text and the equations, and every reference is looked up in eight public databases (Crossref, PubMed, arXiv, DBLP, NASA ADS, INSPIRE-HEP, OpenAlex and DataCite), with a retraction check for every DOI.
Each finding quotes the exact words and is highlighted on your own page with a suggested fix; a finding that can't be located on the page is dropped. Upload a revised version and the re-check tells you which findings you resolved and which are still open.
It is not a grammar tool, and not a literature search or chat assistant: it doesn't rewrite your paper, judge the science or predict acceptance. Any field.
Tested on papers in English and German.
Manuscripts are processed only in the EU and never used to train models. The first check is free and needs no account; after that you pay per paper, no subscription. A free reference checker and a venue finder are also available.
