What is Denoise?

Denoise.app is an iPhone and iPad audio-cleanup app that processes recordings on-device. Its AI Denoise feature reduces background noise, fan hum, traffic, room echo, and wind in voice recordings. It imports audio and video from Voice Memos, Photos, Files, the share sheet, and a Photos extension, and exports audio as .m4a or .mp3.

AI Shorten removes long pauses and speeds up speech while preserving the voice. A slider controls the amount of shortening, with an option to retain short pauses. The feature works with audio and video.
