What is Demo Maker Pro?

Demo Maker Pro is a local-first Windows desktop app for creating interactive product demos, software walkthroughs, and training guides. Capture browser workflows with its Chrome or Edge extension, or capture Windows applications directly from the desktop.

Capture: Browser capture preserves web pages as HTML and CSS rather than screenshots, keeping text sharp when resized. Desktop Capture creates screenshot-based steps from a Windows application window. Combine both capture types in the same walkthrough.

Edit: Add tooltips, highlight boxes, modal steps, zoom, and navigation buttons to guide viewers through each workflow. Preview the walkthrough as viewers will experience it.

Export or publish: Export a single self-contained HTML file that viewers can open in a browser without installing Demo Maker Pro. Host the file on your own website, intranet, or another hosting service. Alternatively, publish to Demo Maker Pro hosting for a shareable link and embed code. Updates to a published demo keep the same link.

Use Demo Maker Pro for software training, employee onboarding, internal how-to guides, and sales demonstrations, or to turn workflows normally explained through slide decks and screen recordings into interactive practice.
