DBX File Viewer

DBX File Viewer is a Windows application for opening and working with Outlook Express DBX mailbox files without requiring Outlook Express. It can open individual DBX files or load a complete Outlook Express identity while preserving the original folder hierarchy.

The program lets users browse and search emails, view and save attachments, print messages with their original formatting, and open messages in the default email client for replying. It can also search drives and other storage devices for DBX files when their location is unknown.

For email export and migration, messages can be saved as individual EML files while retaining the folder structure. DBX mailboxes can also be converted to PST for use with Microsoft Outlook, with options to export selected folders or individual messages instead of the entire mailbox. Outlook Express is not required for viewing or exporting DBX data, while Microsoft Outlook is required for conversion to PST.
