I cant say enough good things about dbFront. I was in need of a quick way to update info in an old MSSQL 2000 db. The first app I came across was dbFront. I haven't had to look any further. I had a small issue setting it up due to it being connected to an old MSSQL 2000 db, but I contacted support and they released a new version that worked right away. I hadnt even committed to buying it yet. Hows that for great support? Once I got the db connected, setting the UI up to my requirements was a breeze.

After looking and tiring lot of frontend db software to be chip easy to use and maintain, i had found dBfront. Every single dollar is worth. The support is excellent, almost like a personal treat. The software performances, and it's web frontend are almost perfect. The developer is attentive to users requests and features. For me, it's an elite software.
We're using dbFront as the front end to our own in house data warehouse design, we make a separate warehouse per business area and thus have multiple warehouses to create/manage. We tried to create our own solution and dbFront offers more features, has a friendlier interface and is generally a huge improvement over what we'd managed to make.
On the one hand it is just an interface between the user and SQL (in our case it's a SQL database or ten) but the implementation of drop down boxes, buttons to fire off stored procs and general flexibility of how it can display things is leading us to find more and more uses for it.
We currently have the warehouse design section and another section for users to update the necessary manual tables in various processes and dbFront is the friendly face they see. I've had to do no coding, very little in terms of learning how it works as it's an intuitive interface and every time I've faced an issue with what I was trying to do I had support I could rely on.
Oh and if you can think of something which dbFront might be able to do or would be useful if it could do, they're not afraid to take the idea on board and work on achieving the goal.
Great webfront to our databases! Been looking for something like this for a long time when I found Dbfront. It does everything I need and a lot more!
Only just started using this but it's very easy to use and if there are any issues the support is fantastic. Looking forward to getting more in depth with the programme.
