The What the AI fixed panel lists every corrected cell with its value before and after, grouped by column. Jump to the row it changed, or revert one change or a whole column on its own.
Type the change you want, such as splitting a name column or reformatting a date column, or pick one of the suggestions. The assistant writes the transformation and applies it to the sheet.

DataSort is an AI data cleaning tool for messy Excel and CSV files that runs in your browser, with no installation and no signup on the free plan.

It finds the real header row buried under junk rows, writes dates as YYYY-MM-DD, amounts as plain numbers with two decimals and emails in lower case, fixes inconsistent capitals in names and places, and removes duplicate rows. Phone numbers and IDs stay exactly as typed.

Every AI change is listed with its value before and after, and any single change or a whole column can be put back.

Open every sheet of a workbook as tabs, search and filter across them, find and replace across sheets, combine sheets whose columns do not match, and ask the AI Assistant for changes in plain English. Export to Excel and JSON on every plan, and to SQL on paid plans.

Files are read in the browser and are not stored on DataSort servers. Only the cells the AI works on are sent to Google Gemini.

The free plan covers 500 rows per sheet with 5 AI runs every 20 minutes. A $2.99 Day Pass unlocks the Mid plan for 24 hours, Mid ($12.99 a month) allows 5,000 rows per sheet with unlimited AI runs, and Pro ($39.99 a month) removes the row limit.
