People who do not want to rely on evil google but still want to use android phones always have the issue of backup:
LOS own backup seedvault is utter crap - featureless and mandatory 12x mnemonic hell.
neobeackup was much better but in the end its "colorful" interface leaves you asking.
Complete backups with TWRP would be nice but not all device can run it.
This DataBackup on the other hand gives you an almost no-thrills backup anywhere. Restoring personal data (logins) does not always work...

This DataBackup on the other hand gives you an almost no-thrills backup anywhere. Restoring personal data (logins) does not always work but the apps themselves seem okay (with the notable exception of infamous DB-Navigator).
About 4 clicks for choices (apps, data,directories) and, voila!, your backup will be started. Also drops a copy of itself into your backup folder.
YMMV but currently my weapon of choice for backups. M goi!
