What is CuttingOpt.Pro?

CuttingOpt.Pro is an online 1D (linear) cutting optimizer. It takes a list of required lengths – pasted directly from Excel – plus the available stock lengths, the saw kerf and the minimum remnant worth keeping, and produces a cutting plan for bars, profiles, pipes, rebar or lumber with the fewest stock bars and the least waste.

Every plan comes with a visual layout, a text layout, a canonical cut order, physical bar numbering and a full legend. Results can be shared with a link, drafts autosave, and a price-per-unit field gives the material cost of the plan. The app warns when pasted parts do not match the selected material.

Free plan: 10 calculations per month (3 without an account), kerf, minimum remnant, First-Fit and Best-Fit Decreasing algorithms, paste from Excel. Hobby (€4.99/month or €50.90/year): 30 calculations, all algorithms including the exact "Optimal" solver, workshop print/PDF document, Excel and JSON export, CSV/Excel import, QR labels. Pro (€14.99/month or €120/year): unlimited calculations, material filter, maximum-waste limit, saved projects, remnant warehouse. Lifetime (€299 one-time): all Pro features plus future Pro features, guaranteed for at least 5 years.

Interface in English, Bulgarian, German, Polish and Spanish. Installable as a PWA on phones and tablets. A separate Windows desktop edition adds miter cuts, nesting and offline use. Made in Bulgaria (EU); prices in EUR.
