Customer Download Hub

The Customer Download Hub is a Wix-native app that gives customers instant, on-demand access to the latest versions of their digital purchases, overcoming the default 30-day link expiry and removing the need for external tools like SendOwl, Gumroad, or separate storage services.

Self-Service Downloads: Customers can access their digital purchases anytime. Always-Up-to-Date Files: Deliver the latest product version on demand. Built for Wix: No external services or extra storage fees — fully Wix-native. Simple Admin: Connect your store's products to a 'Your Downloads' widget in minutes. Secure Sharing: Secured, tokenized URLs deter unauthorized sharing. Seamless Updates: Upload new product versions — customers get them instantly. Matches Your Site: Clean, simple design that inherits your site’s theme.

Why Use It:

End 30-day link expiry frustrations. No more emailing update links manually. No extra costs for external tools or storage. Fast, easy setup inside your existing Wix site.
