What is Crypto Alert Bot?
Crypto Alert Bot is a Telegram bot for tracking cryptocurrency prices without having to stare at a chart. You subscribe to alerts on specific coins — price thresholds, percentage change, volume spikes, ATH/ATL breaks, or PnL targets — and get a Telegram message the moment a condition you defined actually fires.
Under the hood it runs an async Python pipeline: market data streams in via Redis Streams, a set of condition checkers evaluate each active subscription, and a confirm-checks + cooldown mechanism makes sure a single noisy price tick doesn't turn into a false alert. You can run up to 3 active alerts per coin, each lasting 7 days.
It's free, with no ads and no premium tier — built as a personal tool first, then opened up for anyone who's tired of manually checking prices too often.
