Crewtavo

Crewtavo is free, open-source field service software for service businesses: lawn care, landscaping, paving and sealcoating, roofing, cleaning, HVAC and any trade that quotes work, schedules crews and gets paid. It covers requests and booking forms, quotes with price lists and formulas, scheduling and dispatch with a lane per crew, mowing routes in driving order, a crew app in the phone's browser, invoicing with card and bank payments through the business's own Stripe account, and a client portal.

Measuring is built in and free: outline a lawn, a roof or a parking lot on the aerial, read a roof's pitch from free USGS lidar, and price the job from your own formulas, with no fee per report.

Each business runs its own copy in its own Railway account (or on its own server with Docker), with its own database, so its data never sits on a vendor's servers. The software is free for any size of business, with every feature and no per-seat fees; the business pays its hosting provider directly, usually $5 a month on Railway.
