I only used the trial but found it very usefull. Will probably switch to paid once I have time to dedicate to analyzing heatmaps and things like that. Very east to setup, good support.
I must have first used Crazy Egg in 2010? It was useful then and it's still useful now. It's not a substitute for full blown eye tracking tests like some of their marketing implies but it's still a highly effective way to look for crucial errors in your approach to converting visitors. Despite other analytics services getting better at this sort of thing I'd still give Crazy Egg a try.
