What is Copitou?

Copitou is a clipboard manager for Mac built around one idea: everything you copy deserves better than being forgotten, and nothing you copy should ever leave your Mac.

It keeps your clipboard history organized by type (links, text, code, images, colors, files) with instant search. Its local OCR reads the text inside the screenshots and images you copy, so you can find a screenshot by the words visible in it. And when you copy something sensitive like an API key or a password, Copitou detects it and locks it away in a secure vault protected by Touch ID, instead of leaving it in plain sight in your history.

Everything runs 100% locally: no account, no cloud, no analytics. Deleted items are really erased. One-time purchase, no subscription.
