What is ContainerMath?
ContainerMath is a 3D load-planning platform that turns messy cargo lists into optimized, exportable load plans. It combines two tools in one workspace: Carton Fit, which packs your products into the right cartons and crates and returns units-per-box and boxes-needed instantly (with an optional max weight per box), and Freight, which arranges dispatch lists into balanced, high-density 3D container plans.
An extreme-point bin-packing engine fits mixed box sizes, stacks and orientations into the tightest legal arrangement — including pipe telescopic nesting. Every plan includes centre-of-gravity and axle-balance analysis so loads pass weighbridge and survey, plus an interactive 3D view and a 2D cross-section the loading crew can read at the dock. AI manifest import parses pasted dispatch lists, packing lists or Excel sheets — reading sizes, weights and quantities in seconds. It supports 40+ sea, road, rail and custom vessel types (from a 20ft standard box to a 55ft domestic double-deck) and unlimited cargo types (boxes, pallets, crates, drums, pipes, rolls, IBC totes, sacks, big bags and more). Reusable cargo profiles, scenario presets and full plan history support repeat jobs and audits, and a REST API is available for automation.
Built for manufacturers and exporters, export/dispatch teams, logistics and freight planners, and project/infrastructure supply teams.
