I tried both CodeLobster PHP Edition and IDE several times…and while it was not a bad editor, it certainly wasn’t good either: the UI was decent at best, the features were barely average, the support almost never answered, there were a lot of useless bloatware addons….even after the developers rebranded the program (from PHP Edition to IDE), in reality the only thing that changed was the name. In short, CodeLobster IDE/PHP Edition didn’t have, and had never had, anything outstanding that made it worthier of being used than any of its alternatives….the way the site vanished completely out of the blue is already very telling on its own.
