Works very fine, give many options, very quickly and helpfuly suport.
The only DDNS domains offered are *.cloudns.ph and *.cloudns.nz. That's a bit weak.

What do you like about ClouDNS?
I really like the interface and how it all works. It is easy to use, fast, reseilliant and always online.
The DNS servers themself are always online and to prove that ClouDNS is thrustworthy they even offer SLA's of 1,000% uptime and even a SLA with 10,000% guaranteed uptime with higher plans.
In the 3 years I am with them, I never had any issues that effected the provided service and all 4 nameservers at all 27 Anycast DNS locations had a uptime higher than 10,000%.
What do you dislike about ClouDNS?
I don't like that the cheap plans (the Premium S 1,95$ and Premium M 4,95$) only have one or two DNS Failover & Monitoring checks.
However, when upgrading to a higher plan, more DNS Failover & Monitoring checks are included and you can buy seperate DNS Failover & Monitoring checks starting from $2,45/month for 3 additional checks
What have you been using it for and what problems did ClouDNS help you solve?
I have been using ClouDNS for the Primay DNS servers of over 50+ domain names. For those domains I also use mailforwards and http redirects.
The latency of the DNS server is also insane. I have done tests with mutliple domain names from multiple places worldwide and the general time it takes to request a domain name from a location withing the EU is 15 miliseconds! That is crazy fast. Worldwide the average speed is around 83 miliseconds, which is still amazing. Please note that due to your phisical location the latency can also be even lower than 5 miliseconds, or higher than that.
I also use a (customised) reseller portal for my customers. They can customise the logo and brand/whitelabel the managed DNS servers for you.
I have had a few questions, for example about DNSSEC setup or about using my own private DNS server with automatic zone updates to the public facing ClouDNS servers. The support at ClouDNS is from another world. I serously never bought services from a company that responded so fast as ClouDNS. All your questions are resolved quickly and with expert advice. They also have a chat system, wich is really convenient and they always notify you when your request or ticket is send/transfered to a other department.
The best and only DNS host you can find on the market that supports Anycast DNS, DNSSEC, DNS branding and DNS Failover & Monitoring check. There is no other company that combines these features under one roof. Absolutely perfect service. Thank you ClouDNS...
