What is Cloud Repatriation Analyzer?

Cloud Repatriation Analyzer (CRA) calculates the precise cost savings of migrating public cloud workloads from AWS, GCP, Azure, and DigitalOcean to bare-metal hosting. By mapping public cloud resources directly to equivalent physical server configurations from providers like Hetzner and OVH, CRA provides clear financial estimates: net monthly OpEx savings, one-time setup costs, break-even payback periods, and 1-, 3-, and 5-year Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) projections.

CRA connects via read-only APIs to evaluate historical usage data and detect active cloud waste - including ghost storage, underutilized compute, zombie load balancers, and egress leaks - so unneeded assets are eliminated prior to migration. The system categorizes each resource by type, flagging managed services that must remain in the cloud versus workloads that can be migrated or self-hosted to build side-by-side hybrid and full repatriation plans.

Reports are delivered as exportable PDF blueprints containing itemized cost breakdowns, hardware benchmarks, and resource-level action items.
