    I used Classcraft for years and was an ambassador for that program. When it shutdown, I was heartbroken and even started a change.org petition asking them to keep it. Even with a 1000+ signatures, it was ultimately ignored. However, Koen reached out to me and asked if I would be willing to use my petition as a way to amplify his message in starting a new program. I agreed and shared updates as he crafted ClassMana. I have had the pleasure of knowing the creator for some time now. He has created a uniquely wonderful classroom management tool that matches the original Classcraft in everyway, and surpasses it in many other ways. He is also highly responsive and open to critiques and feature requests, so don't be afraid to reach out if you feel ClassMana can become even more amazing.

What is ClassMana?

ClassMana turns classroom management into a role-playing game. Students earn Experience, Gold and Health for their behavior, level up their avatar, use powers and spend Gold in the class shop. The teacher adds the students to a class and each student logs in with a login code, so students don't need an email address or password.

Monster Battles turn a quiz or review into a classroom showdown, Mystery Events bring random surprises into the lesson, and Quests let students work through self-paced learning adventures.

ClassMana also includes teacher tools: the Silence Challenge noise monitor (a dragon sleeps while the class is quiet and wakes up when it gets too loud), a timer, a stopwatch and a random student picker.

ClassMana runs in the browser and is available in more than 30 languages. It was built for teachers looking for an alternative after Classcraft was discontinued in 2024.
