The best thing about the plan is that after you pay the yearly subscription, you just have to pay the real Meta WhatsApp price for the messages sent to your customers. There is no extra ChatMitra price or platform/conversation fee on top of the Meta WhatsApp bill.

ChatMitra’s solution for sending bulk messages to customers is exactly what I was looking for, and it didn’t come with any unnecessary bells and whistles. If I need further assistance, their customer support is available.

WhatsApp bulk messaging businesses should consider this cost structure their most significant advantage. I am quite satisfied with their current performance.

Additionally, while their customer service is functional, response times during technical webhook hurdles weren't as fast or hands-on as we would have liked. It is a solid option if you want an out-of-the-box boxed tool and don't mind paying extra for higher tiers, but budget-conscious teams might find the value proposition a bit stretched.
