Cascade Bookmark Manager information
What is Cascade Bookmark Manager?
A visual bookmark and YouTube manager. Organize with local folders, backup media offline, and anti-doomscrolling subscription feed.
Cascade Bookmark Manager is a visual bookmark manager that organizes web pages, YouTube subscriptions, playlists, videos, and local files into tile-based folders with a file-explorer-like layout. List view is also available. Everything is stored locally on your computer.
To help break the doomscrolling habit, Cascade features a built-in distraction-free feed. By utilizing RSS, you can view the latest uploads from your saved YouTube subscriptions directly within your folders. This gives you exactly the content you want to watch while completely bypassing the algorithmic pull of the main YouTube homepage.
Cascade Bookmark Manager includes backup managers for webpages, videos, and playlists. Webpages can be saved as offline snapshots and managed directly inside Cascade. For videos and playlists, Cascade doesn’t do the downloading. It assists your workflow (yt-dlp command generation or opening a downloader site) and monitors downloads so completed files show up automatically in your backup history. Backups are for your own permitted use. Only save content you own or have permission to keep, and follow the site’s and platform’s terms.
You can manually sync data across multiple devices by storing your project folder in cloud drives (e.g. Google Drive) so that.
