I love Campaign Monitor’s template builder for emails. It’s intuitive and easy to use.

  • Customer service has been great but the price you pay for it is too high for me.
  • The analytics is pretty good, but nothing extraordinary.
  • We had issues with the Facebook subscribe (using Facebook for Business). It seems impossible to make it work (with no solution from CM)
  • The automation is difficult to use, understand or set up, and because of this I moved my project to a new system that has some more customization in this department – GetResponse

I just tried this briefly. It seems that creating templates requires that you download some template code and customize it and then upload it. A programmer is required I guess.
