I love Campaign Monitor’s template builder for emails. It’s intuitive and easy to use.

Customer service has been great but the price you pay for it is too high for me.
The analytics is pretty good, but nothing extraordinary.
We had issues with the Facebook subscribe (using Facebook for Business). It seems impossible to make it work (with no solution from CM)
The automation is difficult to use, understand or set up, and because of this I moved my project to a new system that has some more customization in this department – GetResponse

I just tried this briefly. It seems that creating templates requires that you download some template code and customize it and then upload it. A programmer is required I guess.
