I've been looking for something to clean up the mess on my desktop for a long time, and Camouflage is the best. The screen shows up only the wallpaper, which for me is extremely pleasing. Furthermore, there's no worry about accessing the desktop folder content, since you only have to double click anywhere on the desktop to show it up.
Take home message : Highly recommended if you have a gorgeous wallpaper and you don't want to spoil it.
