Your daily schedule is created from your logged Activities. Comfortably browse what activities you have planned for the day on the main “day” page. Watch them light up as you go through your day and collect streaks for each day you plan. Do not forget to plan your days, or you will lose your streak!
Each activity can be sorted into the following categories:
• Work
• Education
• Sport
• Food
• Hobbies
• Social
• Self-care
• Transportation
• Leisure
• Errands
The categories are there to help you manage and color-code your day.
You can set reminders, assign a location and create repeats for each Activity.
TASK
This section is simply your to-do list. It is something you have to complete at any point throughout the day, which doesn’t necessarily fit on your timeline as an activity. Need to make a phone call or water plants? Add it to your Tasks.
You can set reminders, importance, or repeats to each Task.
GOAL
In order for you to easily get into good habits, Calendar Buddy stimulates you to achieve your goals by keeping track of them. Log any goal, big or small, and celebrate your success with your Buddy. Watch it progress with the activities you input into your daily schedule.
In addition to the 3 main components, the app includes useful sections that help you to excel at planning to become more productive:
JOURNAL AND COURSES
A whole page dedicated to your days, daily notes, reflections, and courses. You can view the overview of your past days and your notes. Research courses, which help you adopt healthy habits, and much more. Your Buddy will also provide you with a daily motivation quote, and tip to keep you going.
STATISTICS
This feature helps you understand what your habits and days look like. Observe how much time you spend on different categories and how they distribute over the course of your week. Statistics make your planning really stand out as it makes you self-aware of your actions.
