What is BreakTimer?
Save yourself from RSI and eye-strain BreakTimer allows you to set up customizable breaks and will remind you to take them. BreakTimer is free and open source and available for Windows, macOS and Linux.
Configure your schedule BreakTimer allows you to configure how often and how long your breaks should be.
Customize your experience Choose the app colours and messages that are shown during breaks.
Set working hours Ensure you are only interrupted when you actually want to be by configuring working hours.
Notifications BreakTimer let's you know when breaks are about to start, allowing you to either skip or postpone if needed.
Idle reset BreakTimer can intelligently restart your break countdown when it detects that you have not been at your computer.
BreakTimer is free and open source software. It was originally developed by Tom Watson to fulfill his own desire for a similar tool, and is now shared with the world for free. Both the BreakTimer application and website are licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0.

Neat features !
BUT for Windows: The install file is 70MB ! (compare to 2MB for similar program)
Run by default as multi-process (I have 6 process running for it) with a total consumption of 40MB !
Too bad as this program had the best features,as
Windows version install to AppData, not Program Files
