BrainLeaf information
What is BrainLeaf?
BrainLeaf is a web-based app used by web developers, freelancers, and agencies for project scoping, estimates, and client expectation management. It allows users to design project architecture by dragging and dropping features into their scope. It provides a platform to outline features, functionality, times, and prices, reducing the scoping process time.
The application operates on a three-step process. Users scope their project using the flexible scoping editor, share the scope with team members who provide effort estimates, and after assessing the project's profitability, the scope of work and contract are sent to the client. Notifications are sent when the client approves, allowing work to commence.
BrainLeaf ensures no project is underestimated by providing a clear understanding of each project and its duration. Users can control hours and pricing, and create, edit, or delete tasks, setting rates according to their billing type. A graphical summary provides a breakdown of tasks. Every project detail is outlined and shared, ensuring accurate time estimates from all parties, prompt change orders, and additional fees at every step. This helps meet deadlines and manage client expectations, preventing unforeseen issues and client dissatisfaction.
