However, I have found a strange problem with Boom 3D on macOS 14.7.1 with a M1 Mac Mini connected to desktop speakers from the headphones port. Boom 3D also features a patent-pending 3D Surround Sound technology for a virtual surround sound experience on any headphones. However, I have found a strange problem with Boom 3D on macOS 14.7.1 with a M1 Mac Mini connected to desktop speakers from the headphones port. When I tap the volume up or down keys on the Apple Magic Keyboard, the sound mutes instead of going up or down. This does not happen when Boom is off, so I think it has something to do with Boom. I contacted Boom support, and after a delay of 10 days, they responded, suggesting that I try locking the balance of the output device, which did not solve the problem. I told them it didn't work, but they never responded, so I asked how to uninstall Boom 3D correctly. They said they were "sorry for the inconvenience" but didn't ask why I was uninstalling. I also contacted Apple Support, just to make sure they wasn't an issue with the Bluetooth keyboard and even tried a different keyboard, but they weren't aware of any issue.
The original version (2020) was very good.
But the last version is extremely bad the sound is worse and with a eco effect impossible to take away!
Now I pay for something I can't use!
