We got fed up with Eventbrite not answering our customer service enquiries in a timely manner so switched to Bookitbee. As an event ticketing and booking system, it is easier to use with better support. So far, we have been very happy with it.
We used this for a festival that we held in our town. We chose them as they were the only system that offered a way to get the funds before the event was held which we needed for the cashflow. They could not have been more helpful and the system was outstanding and very intuitive to use.
