Very professional.
They charge us 15% for every booking. They disallow us to sell rooms at lower prices on other websites.
Their website is soo shitty from the hotel's perspective. Saving any changes takes 10 seconds and sometimes there is an error.
In order to be promoted in the search we need to give multiple price cuts (5% for smartphone bookers, 10% for Genius users, which means every third guest, etc)
We can't change room details because there are pending reservations… and there will always be pending reservations since we rent the room… idk I think they missed the part where we also want to make money.
I tried searching for a rental car on Booking.com, but I only got one result which was an electric vehicle.
Everything is intuitive, but not always. On the whole, I am satisfied. Likewise. Nice notifications. The entire interaction experience is satisfactory.
