What is BnBGenius?
BnBGenius is an AI automation platform for Airbnb and VRBO hosts who manage their own properties. It handles the guest-facing work a co-host or property manager would otherwise do: answering guest messages around the clock, writing and posting guest reviews, creating cleaning and maintenance tasks on checkout, answering guest phone calls through an AI voice agent, and selling gap nights, early check-in and late checkout.
It installs as a Chrome extension that reads the host's own Airbnb and VRBO dashboard, so there is no API partnership to apply for and no password to share, and setup takes about five minutes.
Built for individual hosts with one to five units rather than property management companies. Pricing is $10 per month per unit — a unit is one rentable home, and the same unit listed on both Airbnb and VRBO counts once because all channels are included. Voice Concierge is an optional add-on at $7 per month per unit. A free tier covers the first 500 messages with every feature unlocked, no credit card.
