BluMatrix

BluMatrix is the AI estimate maker for contractors, restoration crews, roofers and insurance adjusters. Scan the rooms with LiDAR, measure the roof from satellite, snap photos, talk through what you see, and send a branded estimate your client signs on their phone. Real prices from a real price list for your area, not AI guesses.

• Real prices, not AI guesses: every line item is priced from a real price list for your area, with accurate labor and materials. Edit any line; the totals follow.
• Scan any room: LiDAR floor plans in about a minute on an iPhone Pro or iPad Pro, with walls, doors, windows, dimensions and square footage. No LiDAR? Trace the corners and get a true floor plan on any phone.
• Roof reports from satellite: type an address and get roof area, pitch, squares and every plane. Order EagleView reports when you need them. No ladder, no drone.
• ESX in one tap: line items, floor plan and roof go out as one ESX file that opens in Xactimate as a real estimate.
• Photos write the report: snap photos room by room and BluMatrix writes the photo report, ready for water damage, mold, fire and storm jobs.
• Know who signed: clients open the estimate in the client portal, sign on their phone or ask for changes.
• Ask it anything: every property gets an AI assistant that writes takeoffs, invoices, proposals, scopes of work and supplement letters with your company name and logo.
• Built for teams, in English or Spanish, on iPhone, iPad, Android and the web.

Built for restoration and mitigation contractors, roofers, insurance adjusters, remodelers and general contractors, home inspectors and property managers.
