Blind Read is a recruiter-style read of your resume, not an ATS keyword score. It's for anyone who wants to know how their resume comes across to a recruiter or hiring manager in the 30-second scan it actually gets, and why it may not be getting callbacks.

Upload your resume and the level you're targeting, and in a minute or two you get: a 30-second verdict in a screener's words, the level your resume reads at against the level you want, six dimensions (function, level, scope, trajectory, accomplishment quality, hesitation triggers) each backed by quotes from your own resume, and your top three fixes. The read is produced by AI against a fixed recruiter rubric, and no person reviews your resume.
