******I've used BlackVPN for about a year. I originally picked them after careful evaluation of thatoneprivacysite.net website spreadsheets. For quality of service, consistency of connection and speed, and true (no BS) privacy, you can't do better. Over the last year I have had 0 issues, which is unheard of from a VPN. I HAVE chatted up their tech support for a few clarifications, and it too has been great.( Did I mention they are one of the few VPNs that have actual LIVE chat support?)!
If you value your privacy, and want a consistently good service with great tech support, look no further.

Overall, I've been satisfied, but it will depend on your needs. They have separate packages for privacy and for watching US/UK TV shows. Check out their website for details.

I have a been an user of this VPN for about a month and it has met all my expectations:

I can't comment on their customer support as I've had no reason to contact them. Their pricing at first glance was little bit higher than some competitors, but there are a few options you can deselect which I had no need of which brought the cost down.
I have been very happy with this service so far and has been much more consistent than my previous VPN provider.
