Bildena School

Bildena School brings timetables, registers, letters home, marks and payments into one system for school heads, office staff, teachers and families.

The timetable is the foundation, including Bildena Scheduler Pro with cover scheduling and duty rotas. Other modules cover registers and absences, multilingual letters and consents, parent meetings, gradebooks, exams and reports, support plans, the health office, enrolment with e-signatures, invoices and automatic payments, care and pick-up, the school calendar, and figures requested by authorities.

Each role has server-enforced access to its own tasks. Families and students use the browser-based app, including on smartphones, to report absences before school, read and sign letters, book parent evenings, and view released marks. Unused functions can be disabled without changing the price. The service is hosted in German data centres, includes a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR, and allows data export at any time. The first month is free.
