Bildena Scheduler

Bildena Scheduler builds school timetables in the browser, with no installation required. Its solver uses Google OR-Tools CP-SAT: hard rules, such as preventing a teacher from being in two rooms at once, are guaranteed, while preferences such as gaps or free days are weighed. Conflicts update in real time, and solving can be stopped while retaining the best timetable found so far.

If a timetable cannot exist, Bildena identifies the conflicting rules before solving. When a lesson is moved manually, only the lessons it conflicts with are replanned. Cover planning and duty rotas are included; Pro adds course choice, course blocks, personal timetables for students, and teachers' working-time support for all 16 German states.

Data can be imported from Excel or CSV, aSc TimeTables, or Untis through XML export or DIF files with the current timetable. It also includes more than 100 ready-made schools across eight countries. The service is hosted in German data centres and offers a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR. The first month is free and does not require a credit card.
